Overview
Sound Concepts shapes ceiling system are manufactured from our impact resistant 6-7 PCF fiberglass core which is acoustically absorptive. The entire core is inert, non-combustible and dimensionally stable. Sound Concepts shapes ceiling system are wrapped with a 100% woven polyester fabric. The fabric is bonded with acoustically transparent adhesive to the face, edges and back to a minimum of 1-1/2" to eliminate fabric sag or puckering, all corners are tailored and heat fused.
Sound Concepts ceiling panels are designed to be hung like standard grid, field personnel attach main tees to the factory installed imalit clips, standard hanger wire is, dropped and tied off to the tees, the tees should be braced to prevent swaying.

Shapes Ceilings Systems are not intended for use in harsh environments such as exterior soffits, kitchens, food processing, food preparation and cleanrooms
