CS 1 - AIRSPACE
Provides a unique configuration of 6 pcf fiberglass cores with perimeter framing to create airspace. Performance can be tuned by increasing the thickness of the core and cavity and by filling the space with light density fiberglass
Performance: NRC 2" = 0.95 w/ airspace, 1.04 w/ insulation, 4" = 1.20 w/ airspace,1.23 w/ insulation, ASTM E 84 all components are Class A
Application: ideal for use in specific noise control
Construction: 6 pcf fiberglass cores are inert, non-combustible, dimensionally stable and fully upholstered with heat sealed corners
Edge: square, bevel, chamfer, pencil radius, bullnose + custom
Options: REFLECT resilient or hardened edges

CS 2 - MINCORE PLUS
The addition of a high density GLASTRATE performance layer between the finish and the mineral fiber core develops maximum tackability - up to 20 lbs with excellent sound control and extensive finish options
Performance: NRC 0.70, ASTM E 84 all components are Class A
Application: Corporate and governmental interiors that require acoustical treatment and tackability with light color and fine textured fabrics
Construction: 3/4" x 16 pcf perforated mineral fiber core with 1/8" high density GLASTRATE and fully tailored with heat sealed corners
Edge: square, bevel, bullnose
Corner: square, radius + custom
Shape: rectangular + custom

An ultra-thin, high density, fiberglass core with extensive finish options, effective sound control, low maintenance and impact resistance
Performance: NRC 0.35, ASTM E 84 all components are Class A
Application: ideal for renovation, integration into millwork and high abuse application
Construction: 3/16" high density fiberglass wall liner fully upholstered with heat sealed corners
Edge: square, hardened
